Embed the prediction game
in your employee app.

The principle in three sentences: The prediction game runs as an iFrame directly inside your employee app or intranet. Only people signed in there can access it – your employees. No additional app, no separate login, no IT project.

Your platform, our iFrame

The route is the same everywhere: an iFrame code block your admin inserts. For Staffbase the embedding is confirmed – for every other platform we confirm the concrete route on request, usually within a day.

Confirmed
Staffbase
The prediction game runs as an embedded page or custom plugin directly in the Staffbase app – on mobile and desktop. Your Staffbase admin inserts the iFrame, done. Embedding the game in Staffbase is the most requested route – and the cleanest.
SharePoint & Microsoft Teams / Viva Engage
SharePoint pages embed web content via the embed web part – your admin allows the Convert domain once in the site collection's "HTML Field Security", a single entry. In Teams, the game runs as a website tab in a team or channel. We confirm the concrete route for your environment on request.
Haiilo, LumApps, Beekeeper
Haiilo ships its own iFrame widget for this, LumApps supports embedded web content via widgets – and Beekeeper is now part of LumApps. Tell us your platform and version – we'll confirm the embedding before the project starts.
A different platform or your own intranet?
If your platform allows iFrames – and most do – the embedding works. Write to us with the software you use: hello@convert-app.com. Reply within 24 hours.

Two layers of access control, combinable

1. The embedding itself: Anyone who only reaches the game inside the app or intranet is necessarily a signed-in employee. Your platform's access control becomes the game's access control.
2. Email domain restriction: Additionally or alternatively, registration can be limited to your company domain (@yourcompany.com). The round stays closed even without an intranet.

What your IT wants to know

The questions from the IT review, answered up front:

Embedding: Standard iFrame over HTTPS. The target URL is your branded Convert campaign.
Content Security Policy: If your platform restricts embed sources via CSP, we provide the domain to allow – one entry, no cascade of exceptions.
Hosting: Germany, backup in Luxembourg, ISO 27001-certified infrastructure, signature-ready DPA.
Client side: No installation, no app-store approval, no forced updates – the game is a web page in an iFrame.

The same route works in December

What works for the prediction game works for the digital advent calendar too: embedded via iFrame in the employee app, it becomes an internal HR ritual – 24 doors long, for your people only.

Frequently asked questions about the embedding

Does the embedding work with our platform?
Anywhere your platform allows iFrames or embedded web content – which is the standard case for common employee apps and intranets. For Staffbase, the embedding is confirmed. Tell us your platform and we'll confirm the route before the project starts – usually within a day.
Do we need developers for this?
No. The embedding is an iFrame code block your IT or platform admin inserts in a few minutes. Nothing gets programmed.
Can outsiders see the campaign?
Not if you don't want them to. If the game runs only embedded in your app or intranet, only people signed in there can enter – your employees. Additionally, registration can be limited to @yourcompany.com via email domain restriction.
What if we have no intranet and no employee app?
Then the game runs on a branded subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.predictions.fans) – and the email domain restriction takes over access control: only people with a company address can register.
Does the game work on mobile inside the app?
Yes. The game is responsive and runs in the app's embedded browser view just like on desktop – with no installation, no app-store approval, no forced updates.

Your app. Our prediction game.
One iFrame in between.

Tell us your platform – we'll confirm the embedding route and show you the game with your branding.
